BIO
Born in 1960, lives and works in Warsaw. In the years 1982-1984 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, poster in the studio of Professor Maciej Urbaniec, and painting in the studio of Teresa Pągowska. He creates large-format works on paper in watercolor technique, oils and multi-dimensional objects in synthetic resins. He also deals with conceptual projects, using new multimedia techniques.
The artist’s first individual exhibition took place at the Brama Gallery in 1985. Next, there were presentations of Slezkin’s works, including: at the Promocyjna Gallery in Warsaw in 1990, and then at exhibitions in Prague and Budapest in 1991, as part of the program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1994 exhibited a multimedia installation in Saint Tropez. Subsequent projects were presented in Warsaw at Bochenska Gallery in 2003 and Galeria Promocyjna in 2005, at Galeria BWA in Zielona Góra in 2007, in Bytom at Galeria Kronika in 2009, at the Bęc Zmiana Foundation in 2014 and 2015
